North West Cuisine Inc is seeking a talented Executive Sushi Artisan to create exceptional sushi experiences for our discerning guests. This role offers a competitive salary of $**65,000 - $85,000 per year**, commensurate with experience and skills.

• Create high-quality sushi dishes, including sashimi, nigiri, and rolls that meet restaurant standards for taste, quality, and presentation.
• Design seasonal and specialty menus to reflect creativity and freshness.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked work environment.
• Oversee and train kitchen staff on sushi preparation and techniques.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers for fresh ingredients.

• Proven experience as a Sushi Chef or in a similar role.
• Culinary school certification preferred, but not required.
• ServeSafe or Food Handlers Certification.
