Sales Growth Strategist

American Tire Distributors (ATD) is seeking a Customer Development Manager to join our award-winning Sales Organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving new business growth within assigned accounts.
With over 80,000 customers across the U.S. and Canada, ATD offers a unique opportunity to work with a leading distributor of high-quality tires, custom wheels, and shop supplies. Our state-of-the-art distribution network provides rapid and frequent delivery, ensuring that our customers receive the products they need to succeed.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of principles of marketing and advertising cost-effectiveness, including market sector targeting and product offer development. They will also possess excellent time management and organizational skills, as well as the ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing. Additionally, proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
In this role, you will be empowered to analyze assigned customer's needs and utilize insights from advanced analytics tools to increase customer profitability and grow ATD's share of account. You will develop and maintain existing customers by creating and implementing annual sales and marketing plans, and sell a differentiated customer experience based on data and analytics.
We offer a comprehensive compensation package, including an estimated salary range of $75,000 - $100,000 per year, plus benefits such as medical, vision, and dental insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, and more.
