Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Receptionist. As a key member of our customer care team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our clients, ensuring their needs are met, and exceeding their expectations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Greet clients warmly, discuss their auto repair needs, and provide information on our services.
  • Check-in and Check-out: Verify client information, check them in and out, and return their keys after services are completed.
  • Phone and In-person Communication: Answer customer phone calls, respond to inquiries, and schedule appointments.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage client records, update information, and perform other administrative duties as needed.
Requirements
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer experiences.
  • Basic Computer Proficiency: Ability to use computer software and systems to manage client information and perform administrative tasks.
