Position Overview: Excavation Estimator
A prominent Excavation Construction firm is on the lookout for a skilled Estimator to oversee and guide their field operations. This role presents an excellent opportunity within a reputable contractor managing projects ranging from $50k to over $5M.
Key Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering precise estimates promptly, facilitating accurate budgeting, and ensuring a seamless construction process.
Qualifications:
- Proficient in understanding project timelines and financial plans.
- Experience with projects valued at $100k or more.
- Capability to manage multiple construction projects across various stages is advantageous.
- Consistent work history within the industry.
- 3-5 years of experience as a Heavy and Civil Construction Estimator, or 5 years as a Project Manager with 2 years in Estimating. Candidates with an advanced degree in Engineering may qualify with 3 years of experience.
