We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse on our Mental Health Recovery Adult unit, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our patients.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs, identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies for care.
- Collaborate with Psychiatrists, Therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans.
- Communicate effectively with patients and their families, providing education and support throughout the care process.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare professionals.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification or equivalent required within thirty (30) days of hire.
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients required within sixty (60) days of hire.
- Previous psychiatric experience with children, adolescents, and adults preferred.
