We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Rogers Behavioral Health. As a Registered Nurse on our Mental Health Recovery Adult unit, you will have the opportunity to work with a diverse patient population and make a meaningful difference in their lives.
Key Responsibilities- Implement patient care plans in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team.
- Assess patients' physical and mental health needs, and develop appropriate plans of care.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered nurse licensed by State Board of Nursing in the state of employment.
- American Health Association Healthcare Provider CPR certification.
- Formal training in management of aggressive patients.
