Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

TK Health is seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in providing high-quality patient care in a correctional setting.

Job Summary:

We are committed to delivering exceptional healthcare services to our patients, and we need a dedicated LPN to help us achieve this goal. As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, according to individualized client needs, and under the direction of a registered nurse.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care to patients in a correctional setting
  • Work collaboratively with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality patient care
  • Conduct patient assessments, develop care plans, and implement interventions as needed
  • Administer medications, perform treatments, and provide education to patients and their families
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes

Requirements:

  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
