Job Title: Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)

We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at TK Health, a correctional healthcare company dedicated to providing exceptional healthcare services in a safe and secure environment.

Job Summary:

The LPN will be responsible for rendering nursing care in assigned areas, providing individualized client needs, and adhering to recognized nursing techniques and procedures. This role requires a valid, unrestricted LPN license, current CPR certification, and the ability to pass a background check.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide nursing care in assigned areas, including medication administration, wound care, and vital sign monitoring.
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to meet client needs.
  • Collaborate with registered nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and outcomes.

Requirements:

  • Valid, unrestricted LPN license
  • Current CPR certification
  • Ability to pass a background check
