Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Vice President of Operations to join our team at Magnificat High School. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the school's operational functions, including finance, human resources, and facilities management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness
  • Oversee the school's financial planning, budgeting, and reporting processes
  • Lead the human resources function, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration
  • Manage the school's facilities, including maintenance, repairs, and capital projects
  • Collaborate with the President and other senior leaders to achieve the school's mission and strategic objectives
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or related field
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in business management and operations, with a focus on human resources and/or operational management
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work successfully with diverse groups
  • Strong financial knowledge and experience with budgeting and financial reporting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
