Staff Pharmacist

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Staff Pharmacist to join our team at Walmart. As a key member of our pharmacy team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care, ensuring the accuracy and quality of prescription dispensing, and promoting a culture of safety and compliance.
Key Responsibilities- Process and accurately dispense prescription orders, ensuring timely and efficient service to patients.
- Counsel patients on their medication needs, providing clear and concise information on usage, dosage, and potential side effects.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, adhering to HIPAA guidelines and company policies.
- Collaborate with healthcare providers and other pharmacy staff to ensure seamless patient care and optimal health outcomes.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest pharmacy practices, regulations, and technologies, applying this knowledge to improve patient care and pharmacy operations.
- Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD degree, or equivalent FPGE (NABP).
- Pharmacy license (by job entry date).
- Completion of an ACPE Accredited Immunization training program (for example, APhA, Pharmacy School Curriculum, State Pharmacy Association sponsored).
