Position Overview:
As the Cage and Vault Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the cashier cage and vault. Your leadership will ensure that all processes run smoothly and efficiently, maintaining the highest standards of service and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all functions related to the Cage and Vault operations.
  • Address and resolve customer and employee issues effectively.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal controls within the cashier cage.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members.
  • Accountable for monitoring and resolving any variances in Cage and Vault operations.
  • Oversee the accuracy of documentation and rectify any discrepancies.
  • Facilitate timely bank deposits of all revenue generated.
  • Uphold a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Possess a high school diploma or GED along with strong numerical skills.
  • Demonstrate the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Physical requirements include the capability to lift up to 25 pounds and work in a smoke-filled environment.
