The Underground Division is seeking a highly skilled, experienced, and competent Senior Estimator who not only possesses the required skills and qualifications but also has a desire to grow with the business.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop project budgets and monitor expenses throughout the construction process.
  • Review and interpret project contracts to understand scope of work and requirements.
  • Collaborate with project managers, architects, subcontractors, suppliers, etc. to gather necessary information for estimates and workflow.
  • Analyze blueprints, schematics, and other documentation to prepare accurate cost projections.
  • Mentor junior estimators on the team.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in construction estimating and budgeting.
  • Full understanding of construction processes and techniques.
  • Experience with project requirements, including Public Works project estimating and project management experience required.
  • Knowledge and experience with OSHA regulations related to construction safety.
  • Excellent supervisory skills to lead a team effectively.
  • Excellent work ethic and commitment to quality.
