SEGULA Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Structures Fabrication Specialist to join our team in the United States. As a key member of our engineering and design services team, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining customer aircraft.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to general work requirements and comply with environmental health and safety policies and procedures.
  • Troubleshoot and repair complex structural issues on aircraft.
  • Remove and install aircraft components as required.
  • Fabricate and modify structural modifications on aircraft parts.
  • Perform minor structural repairs on composite components.
  • Assist in conducting hidden damage inspections of aircraft structures.
  • Perform and document work performed per appropriate manuals and regulations.
  • Operate ground support equipment as required.
  • Assist with aircraft component repair and mechanical/electrical removals and installations.

Requirements:

  • 10 years of experience in structural sheet metal repair/modification or substantiated similar experience.
  • Sheet metal A/C Tech school or equivalent schooling.
  • Ability to interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Certification or A&P Certificate or Repairman Certificate (Commercial Only).
  • Ability to effectively communicate in both written and verbal form on individual and/or aircraft status.
  • Basic PC skills.
