Donut Production Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Donut Finisher to join our team at Donuts of Rutland. As a Donut Finisher, you will be responsible for ensuring that all donuts are finished to a high standard, meeting the quality and quantity requirements of our production schedule.
Key Responsibilities- Finish donuts to a high standard, meeting quality and quantity requirements
- Ensure all toppings and coatings are clean, sanitary, and available throughout the shift
- Check filling weights by variety for proper portion control
- Responsible for setting up bakery for production, and producing product as scheduled
- Place finished donuts and bakery products in baskets according to quantities listed in production sheets
- Distribute baskets of finished product to racks for delivery to member stores, verifying each basket of product with the Delivery Ticket attached to that rack
- Perform other duties as requested by supervisors
- Ensure all equipment is clean and sanitary
- Report to work on time in a clean, complete uniform. Maintain proper personal hygiene
- Provide excellent guest satisfaction, service speed, and product quality
- Show passion about results by setting compelling targets and delivering on commitments
- Meet safety and sanitation standards
- Works well in a team environment
- Must be over 18 years old to work in manufacturing bakery
- Must be able to work nights, weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation
