We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Maintenance/Janitorial Worker to join our team at McDonald's. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our restaurant, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces
  • Maintain the exterior and interior of the restaurant, including grounds and equipment
  • Unload delivery trucks and take out and empty trash
  • Change light bulbs and clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
  • Assist with maintenance and repairs of equipment and facilities

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
