Position Overview:

Job Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing inquiries from customer support teams regarding order statuses. This role encompasses coordinating work assignments, conducting order audits, generating departmental reports, and providing customer support within the operations department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with Operations departments, including Customer Support, Order Processing, and Production, to ascertain order or customer inquiry statuses.
  • Engage with customer support teams through various communication channels.
  • Track and update customer requests to ensure job quality and timely delivery of status updates.
  • Expedite and follow up on customer requests promptly.
  • Coordinate and supply photographic evidence of decorated products to customer support teams.
  • Act as a liaison for the Art Department, facilitating efficient work assignments and responding to urgent art file requests.
  • Conduct order audits to confirm accurate processing before manufacturing.
  • Generate and compile departmental reports for daily updates and metric tracking.
  • Support customer-facing teams with pre-sale and order-related inquiries.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Teams, and Outlook; knowledge of Adobe Illustrator is a plus.
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to convey information clearly and professionally.
  • Familiarity with the English language, including grammar and composition; bilingual skills in English and Spanish are preferred.
  • Demonstrated strong work ethic and self-motivation.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with various departments.
  • Capable of positively interacting with diverse teams within the organization.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High School Diploma or GED.
Work Schedule: 2pm-10pm following training completion.
