Safety Manager

Alstom is seeking a highly skilled Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety of our employees, customers, and the general public.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement safety programs and policies in alignment with regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to create and deliver safety-related training programs.
- Investigate incidents and accidents to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Develop and maintain documentation of training and qualifications performed by contractors, subcontractors, and third-party personnel.
- Bachelor's degree in a technical or safety-related field or equivalent experience.
- 2 years of supervisorial experience in railroad operations or maintenance.
- 7 years of experience as a Trainer/Safety Manager with an FRA-regulated agency.
- Certification as an Associate Safety Professional (ASP) or Certified Safety Professional (CSP) is preferred.
- A competitive salary range of $88,480.00 to $132,720.00 depending on experience and qualifications.
