Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist to join our team at Soliant. As a key member of our educational support team, you will play a critical role in enhancing the communication skills of our students and supporting their overall academic success.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement individualized speech and language therapy plans to meet the unique needs of students
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and other support staff to create an inclusive and supportive learning environment
  • Assess and diagnose speech and language disorders, and provide evidence-based interventions to address these challenges
  • Communicate effectively with students, parents, and staff to ensure seamless support and progress monitoring
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech Language Pathology
  • Washington licensure
  • ESA certification
  • Experience working in a school setting preferred
