Speech Language Pathologist Job Description

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team on a full-time, on-site basis in Tacoma, WA or surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine clients' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address speech and language disorders.
  • Provide high-quality therapy services to clients, collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress.
Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or an Associate's Degree from a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant program.
  • Current and valid state licensure in WA.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
  • Previous experience working with diverse populations is a plus.
