US Engine Valve is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our manufacturing team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of our facility by performing routine maintenance tasks and troubleshooting equipment malfunctions.

The estimated salary for this position is $27-$32 per hour, depending on experience. This is a direct hire opportunity with benefits, including a $1,000 signing bonus and $500 referral opportunities.

About the Role:

  • Perform routine maintenance tasks, including preventative maintenance and repairs;
  • Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs;
  • Assist in the training of other maintenance personnel and production associates;
  • Evaluate and improve manufacturing processes to ensure efficiency and productivity;
  • Work well in a team environment and accomplish projects in a timely manner with acceptable workmanship.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree in a related field or equivalent work experience preferred;
  • Prior work experience in a manufacturing setting highly preferred;
  • Ability to read and interpret electrical blueprints and diagrams;
  • Experience working with electrical systems from 24V DC to 480V AC.
