Job Overview

MRI Network Jobs is seeking a highly skilled Manufacturing Engineering Director to lead our engineering team in a dynamic and growing organization. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise, and excellent communication skills.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced engineer with 10+ years of manufacturing experience and at least 5 years as an Engineering Manager or Lead. You will be responsible for driving process improvements, managing projects, and leading a team of engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes through process improvements and new equipment installations.
  • Develop and execute project plans, ensuring timely delivery and budget adherence.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
  • Maintain machine reliability data and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Ability to relocate to the area (regional relocation assistance available).
Compensation and Benefits

The salary for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience. Bonus eligibility is available. We also offer regional relocation assistance and benefits for qualified candidates.
