Responsabilidades
  • Recoger y lavar la vajilla y los platos, asegurándose de que estén limpios y ordenados.
  • Operar la lavadora de platos automática y cargar los detergentes y productos químicos necesarios.
  • Lavar manualmente ollas, sartenes y otros equipos de cocina que no se pueden lavar en la máquina de platos.
  • Pulir la plata, el acero inoxidable y el estaño utilizados en el servicio de alimentos.
  • Mantener el cuarto de platos limpio y ordenado, incluyendo la limpieza de los mostradores y equipos.

Requisitos
  • Experiencia previa en el área de limpieza.
  • Conocimiento básico de los principios generales de limpieza y del uso de los productos de limpieza.
  • Capacidad para entender y seguir instrucciones verbales o escritas.
  • Excelente visión y capacidad para realizar varias tareas al mismo tiempo.
  • Capacidad para levantar, empujar, tirar y transportar objetos pesados.
Condiciones de Trabajo

Este puesto requiere trabajar en un ambiente interior con temperaturas variables, incluyendo temperaturas frías en el congelador. Se requiere la capacidad de trabajar de pie durante largos períodos y realizar movimientos repetitivos.
