Job Overview
River Rock Canyon Adult Family Home is seeking dedicated Caregivers to provide compassionate care to the elderly in our luxurious facilities. As a Caregiver, you will have the opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of our residents and be part of a supportive team environment.

Estimated Salary: $40,000 - $60,000 per year (dependent on experience)

About the Role:
This is a full-time NOC (11p-7a) shift, 12-hour shifts either 7a-7p or 7p-7a weekend part-time caregiver position, as well as on-call positions. Potential to move to full-time when available. We have plenty of opportunities for picking up shifts during the week as an employee is available for overtime but optional.

Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional care to residents with dignity and respect
- Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to develop and implement care plans
- Engage residents in activities that promote mental and physical well-being

Requirements:
- Current CNA/HCA license (prior to hire)
- Current CPR card (prior to hire)
- Current First Aid card (prior to hire)
- Background Check (upon hire)
- 2 Step Tb (step 1 within 3 days of hire)
- Fingerprint Check (within 7 days of hire)
- Current Food Handlers card (by start date)
- Nurse Delegation Certificate (by start date)
- Diabetic Delegation Certificate (by start date)
- Dementia Certificate (within 90 days of start date)
- Mental Health Certificate (within 90 days of start date)
- Complete 12 hours of qualified continuing education (annually)
