Requirements
  • Current CNA or HCA license
  • Current CPR and First Aid certifications
  • Valid Food Handlers card
  • Diabetic Delegation Certificate
  • Dementia Certificate
  • Mental Health Certificate
  • Complete 12 hours of qualified continuing education annually
