About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Grocery Clerk/Stocker at Amazon Fresh grocery stores. Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Restock shelves, maintain a clean and organized store environment, and ensure that products are properly displayed and facing.
  • Process customer transactions, handle returns and exchanges, and maintain accurate records.
  • Assist with inventory management, receiving and stocking merchandise, and maintaining a high level of product knowledge.
  • Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve store goals and objectives.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • 1+ year of customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to lift up to 49 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
