Part Time Assistant Store Manager

Responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience
  • Performing as the floor supervisor role as needed to cover non-peak periods (breaks, etc.)
  • Coaching and providing feedback on Sales Associate's performance
  • Supporting associate engagement by recognizing and rewarding outstanding performance
  • Supporting and executing visual directives and maintaining visual standards set by the company
  • Driving efficiency in all operational store processes
  • Maintaining merchandise flow, filling, and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom
  • Maintaining a clean and well-organized stockroom and store, promoting a safe working and shopping environment to maximize the customer experience
  • Ensuring all store associates follow all policies, procedures, and all Safety Program practices
  • Reflecting the PacSun brand by demonstrating passion and affinity for product, brands, fashion, and trends
  • Demonstrating willingness, aptitude, and initiative to learn what is unknown about product, brands, fashion, and trends

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent time management skills
  • Proficient in math and possesses strong computer skills

**Leadership Qualities:**

  • Develop and nurture strong cross-functional partnerships; Recruit, identify, develop, and retain talent that delivers performance excellence.
  • Ability to balance a strong management presence with a high level of approachability, encouraging and eliciting associate feedback and interaction.

**Travel Requirements:** Hotel, Airplane, and Car Travel may be required for SM and above roles only.

**Hourly Salary Range:** $18.

**Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:** This is a part-time position. As a National Retailer, flexibility with work schedule (able to work weekends, nights, peak holiday periods) is required.
