Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Class A/B CDL Commercial Front Load Truck Driver to join our team at Syracuse Haulers Waste Removal Inc. in Georgetown, NY. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the collection and hauling of waste debris from Commercial customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate automatic/semi-automatic lifting devices to raise refuse containers for dumping contents into open truck bodies
  • Provide prompt, courteous, and complete services to customers
  • Perform complete pre-trip and post-trip truck inspections and post-trip cleaning
  • Continuously monitor the condition of the vehicle to ensure it is operationally ready at all times
  • Report any vehicle operating malfunctions or needed repairs to your supervisor immediately
  • Operate trucks in congested city, highway, and disposal areas
Requirements
  • Must be eligible to work in the U.S.
  • Must possess a valid NYS CDL with no suspensions or revocations due to a moving violation or accident within two years and no DUI convictions within four years
  • Must have a valid DOT Medical Card or valid exemption
  • Must pass a background investigation and drug screen
  • Must have a minimum of two years satisfactory driving experience and a clean driving record
  • Must pass a written road test evaluation
