This is a full-time evening role, Monday through Friday.

Shift Availability: Candidates must be prepared to work from 5:00 PM to 1:00 AM, Monday through Friday, with occasional weekend support as necessary.

Compensation: $22-25/hr

Position Summary:

The selected candidate will be responsible for managing cleaning and maintenance staff across multiple sites, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently, maintaining effective communication with clients, team members, and management, conducting regular inspections, and ensuring the security of facilities at the end of each shift.

Key Duties:
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Train and retrain team members as needed.
  • Supervise staff to promote efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Develop weekly plans for special projects or focus areas.
  • Address client concerns and requests in a timely manner.
  • Conduct inspections and follow up on findings.
  • Manage staffing levels within budget constraints.
  • Work alongside cleaning staff and team leaders as required.
  • Oversee team leaders, cleaners, and floor technicians.
  • Communicate staffing requirements and changes to HR.
  • Report all relevant matters to the Director of Operations.
  • Ensure all facilities are secured at the end of shifts.
  • Lead performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
Ideal candidates will possess prior experience in hotel management, property management, custodial services, or restaurant management.

  • Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to various facilities during a shift.
