Doylestown Health is seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a key member of our facilities department, you will be responsible for the operation, maintenance, and repair of our mechanical equipment, including air handlers, compressors, generators, chillers, steam boilers, and medical gas equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Equipment Operation and Maintenance: Monitor and maintain the facilities' HVAC systems, perform daily work requests, and conduct monthly preventative maintenance repairs on various equipment.
  • Collaboration and Teamwork: Work closely with other associates in the department to complete tasks and projects.
  • Emergency Response: Provide emergency maintenance repairs and respond to facility-related issues.
  • Facilities Support: Assist with snow removal, ice management, and other facilities-related tasks as needed.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent, with a focus on vocational training or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a power plant setting, handling boilers, chillers, pumps, and general maintenance tasks.
  • Skills: Knowledge of state and local codes and ordinances, computer proficiency, and a valid driver's license.
  • Preferred Qualifications: State boiler license, ability to read blueprints, and effective communication skills.
