The Role

We are currently seeking Licensed Clinicians to provide a mix of telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Kailua, HI. As a clinician with Thriveworks, you will have the opportunity to work with a motivated patient population and enjoy autonomy while having access to case consultation groups.

Salary and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary up to $120,900 depending on licensure, sessions, and bonus opportunities. Additionally, we provide benefits such as guaranteed pay, paid orientation, PTO, annual pay increases, flexibility with your schedule, and more.

Requirements

  • You must be fully and independently licensed as a LCSW in Hawaii.
  • Clinicians need to be licensed and living in the state in which they will be practicing.
  • You should be willing to see a minimum of 25 sessions per week.
  • You should be open to seeing couples and/or children (we provide support).
  • You should have strong character matters - integrity, honesty, adaptability, and quality of care.
