Key Responsibilities and Skills:

  • Assist in the management and control of inventory.
  • Foster positive and lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
  • Manage financial outcomes related to billing, invoicing, and payments in alignment with the company's strategy and quality standards.
  • Oversee customer collections and warranty claims processing.
  • Responsible for ordering specialized parts as necessary.
  • Work schedule: Tuesday - Saturday, 9am - 6pm.

Compensation Package:

  • Hourly wage ranging from $18 to $25.
  • Seven paid holidays.
  • Opportunities for variable compensation.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Valid Driver's License.
  • Experience with Karmak software.
  • At least one year of experience in parts service, sales, and/or inventory.
  • Preferred experience in heavy-duty counter sales.
