We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated General Manager to lead our rental branch operations in the Marysville, WA area. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving branch performance, building a high-performing team, and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by Example: Inspire and motivate your team to perform at their highest potential, maintaining a professional appearance at all times.
- Build a High-Performing Team: Source, interview, hire, train, and develop top talent to drive branch success.
- Drive Branch Performance: Manage operations to maximize financial success, balance work hours and overtime, and maintain employment and payroll levels.
- Conduct Monthly Reviews: Analyze profit and loss statements, identify areas for improvement, and estimate profit projections.
- Monitor Key Metrics: Track equipment utilization, underperforming assets, warranty recovery, billed mechanical hours, aged receivables, and customer satisfaction.
- Communicate Effectively: Clearly and accurately communicate information to ensure everyone on your team is on the same page.
- Identify and Resolve Conflicts: Determine and implement solutions to resolve conflicts and improve branch performance.
- Establish Goals and Expectations: Set reasonable and measurable goals with well-defined expectations for the position and team members.
- Maintain a Safe and Healthy Work Environment: Establish, follow, and enforce standards and procedures while complying with legal regulations.
About You
We are looking for a highly experienced and motivated individual with a strong background in rental industry management. You should have at least 3-4 years of experience in a management role, a valid driver's license, and a clean driving record. You should also be authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship.
