Job Responsibilities:
• Oversee and implement Phase II Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs) and remediation initiatives.
• Develop and manage proposals in alignment with existing firm agreements.
• Prepare and evaluate technical documentation adhering to regulatory standards and client specifications.
• Manage project finances utilizing Deltek Vision and Microsoft Excel.
• Foster vendor relationships, including contracting and payment approvals.
• Mentor and guide junior staff in executing tasks according to firm Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).

Desired Work Experience:
• Minimum of 5 years in environmental consulting within the real estate sector.
• Proficient understanding of ASTM Phase I & II standards.
• In-depth knowledge of environmental compliance requirements.
• Strong technical writing skills and effective field documentation capabilities.
• Conduct field assessments and client interviews to gather necessary information.
• Ability to operate field equipment for soil, groundwater, and soil vapor sampling.
• Competence in performing hazardous materials inventories and identifying field hazards and contaminant sources.
