- New York State Registered Professional License and current registration or valid permit to practice in New York State.
- BS/BSN degree preferred.
- 2 years Med/Surg experience required.
- Basic Life Support Certification
- Advance Life Support Certification
- Infection Control Certification
- Critical Care Experience highly desirable.
