Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Report Product Failure Trends: Identify and document product failure trends and serviceability issues to ensure accurate information and record-keeping.
  • Meet Customer Demands: Provide efficient, responsive, and accurate field/shop/on-site maintenance to meet customer demands.
  • Maintain Technical Information: Properly maintain all technical information, field service reports, expense reports, and Canon property assigned.
  • Communicate Effectively: Showcase strong customer communication and satisfaction skills to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Machine Performance: Maintain the performance of assigned machines to ensure optimal efficiency.
  • Drive Business Performance: Facilitate performance at a level that helps to achieve the branch/district's overall metric targets.
About You:

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated individual who possesses the following qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or Equivalent: Hold a high school diploma or equivalent experience required.
  • Basic Understanding of Internet Environments: Possess a basic understanding of internet environments and the ability to successfully complete the PDIF (Printing and Digital Imaging Foundations) new-hire class.
  • Travel Requirements: Ability to travel (valid driver's license and acceptable driving record necessary).
  • Shift Work and On-Call Rotations: Capable of functioning in a 24/7 environment, while performing shift work and on-call rotations.
  • Security Clearances: Required to take all necessary steps to obtain security and/or other clearances required by customers to enter the customers' premises.
  • Physical Demands: Must be able to lift 50 pounds and be active more than 50 percent of the time (walking, standing, stooping/kneeling).
