Key Responsibilities:
The Healthcare Nursing Supervisor is accountable for ensuring the facility adheres to government regulations. Conducts ongoing evaluations of residents' overall health and care plans using the nursing process. Oversees and directs the facility staff to ensure quality care, continuity of care, and person-centered service. This role will supervise nursing assistants and registered nurses.

Qualifications:

Education:
Registered Nurse with a preference for certification as a Geriatric Nurse.

Experience:
A minimum of three to five years of experience in a nursing home setting as a registered nurse is preferred. At least one year of management experience is required.
Special knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Demonstrated knowledge of nursing department operations with a focus on compliance with Federal and State regulations.
Familiarity with the Minnesota Board of Nursing Nurse Practice Act.
Proven ability to collaborate and engage with teams.
Capability to effectively manage and communicate change while modeling appropriate behaviors to staff and others.
Strong commitment to and success in delivering excellent customer service.
Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
Effective time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in using personal computers and related software.

Salary Range:
$78,000 - $104,000

Licenses & Certifications:
Required: Registered Nurse
Preferred: CPR Certification
