Key Responsibilities:
- Gather, investigate, and document all relevant information from employees and contractors, ensuring timely submission to adjudications.

- Conduct issue-specific interviews across various levels of personnel to address security concerns, producing detailed and high-quality reports.

- Perform comprehensive interviews with Subjects/Sources, maintaining precise records of discussions.

- Review requested documentation to extract critical information, facilitating the resolution of security issues that may impact the Subject's judgment, reliability, and trustworthiness.

- Possess knowledge and experience with the Defense Information System for Security (DISS) and Scattered Castles.

- Document, archive, and manage all actions within the PeopleSoft security system.

- Collect, investigate, and document adjudicative relevant information received through Automated Records Checks (ARC) and the Continuous Evaluation Program (CEP) for employees and contractors, adhering to mandated timelines.

- Understand and apply the thirteen Adjudicative Guidelines (SEAD 4).

Qualifications:
  • Active TS/SCI security clearance.
  • 7+ years of relevant experience.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in a related discipline.
  • Experience with Federal Investigative Standards (FIS) and Security Executive Agent Directives (SEADs).
  • Ability to successfully complete a CI Polygraph examination.
