Copper Compression is seeking a skilled Sales and Operations Coordinator to support our retail business. This hybrid role will interact with cross-functional teams in Product development, Production, and Sales as well as vendors to drive on-time delivery of quality products.

The successful candidate will have 3-5 years' experience and strong computer skills, including knowledge of Retail Link/360 Walmart portal, which is a plus. Blue Cherry experience is also advantageous.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive sales and operations
  • Managing vendor relationships and communication
  • Providing administrative support for sales and production teams

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.

In terms of compensation, we estimate the salary for this role to be around $70,000 per year, based on industry standards and the company's location in Midtown Manhattan.
