Pharmacist Director

PharmD on Demand is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Pharmacy Director to join our team. As a key member of our hospital pharmacy management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our pharmacy department, ensuring compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, and providing exceptional patient care.

• Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy department, including staff management, inventory management, and quality control.
• Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including accreditation and licensure requirements.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve patient care and pharmacy operations.
• Collaborate with hospital administration and other departments to ensure seamless integration of pharmacy services.
• Supervise and mentor pharmacy staff, including pharmacists and technicians.
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in pharmacy management.

• Pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in pharmacy management, preferably in a hospital setting.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
• Knowledge of pharmacy operations, including inventory management, quality control, and regulatory compliance.
