Job Title: Senior UX Designer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior UX Designer to join our Web & Digital Strategy team at Jitterbit. As a key contributor, you will play a crucial role in the evolution of our customer-facing website, driving improvements in usability, user journeys, and conversion rates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand business needs and goals, and translate them into actionable design solutions.
  • Conduct research to stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Develop and implement user-centered design solutions, including wireframes, journey maps, and user flows, that meet business and user needs.
  • Work closely with developers to ensure accurate implementation of UX designs and provide feedback on design-related issues.
  • Assist with A/B testing initiatives to identify incremental changes to website content and design that will contribute to site experience and performance improvements.
  • Review behavioral and analytics reports to gain insight into how users engage with our website, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers' needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to inform design decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design, and apply this knowledge to inform design decisions.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in design or equivalent professional experience.
  • 5+ years of experience in user interface and interaction design across digital channels.
  • Expertise in standard UX software and design tools, including Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Clear understanding and demonstrated experience of user-centered design, planning and conducting user research, A/B testing, usability, and accessibility concerns.
  • Online portfolio that highlights challenging design problems and creative solutions that led to direct and positive business impact.
  • Experience and comfort with working in an Agile development environment using tools like Jira.
  • Ability to collaborate with global cross-functional teams and promote a user-centric culture within an organization.
  • CMS experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
