Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at Richmark Property Management. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our properties, ensuring that they are well-maintained and meet the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the maintenance of properties, including routine maintenance, repairs, and renovations.
  • Supervise a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and direction as needed.
  • Ensure that all maintenance work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Manage budgets and expenses related to maintenance, ensuring that costs are minimized and value is maximized.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules and plans to ensure that properties are well-maintained and meet regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as property management and customer service, to ensure that maintenance needs are met and customer satisfaction is high.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices in maintenance and property management.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience in maintenance or property management.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs repetitively.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage budgets and expenses.
  • Knowledge of maintenance and repair techniques, including HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
Preferred Qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in a supervisory or management role.
  • HVAC, plumbing, CPO, and electrical certifications.
  • Experience with property management software and mobile maintenance apps.
