Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of maintenance technicians and porters to ensure timely completion of work orders and maintenance tasks.
  • Conduct regular property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure optimal property condition.
  • Manage vendor relationships and ensure timely completion of maintenance tasks.
  • Prepare and manage maintenance budgets to ensure cost-effective operations.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and resident satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • 5 years of verifiable hands-on technical work experience in areas such as plumbing, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, etc.
  • 2 years of supervisory experience in a maintenance or lead maintenance role in a residential property management environment.
  • Dynamic leader with excellent communication skills to motivate and lead a team.
  • Previous experience in residential property management, hotel maintenance, or construction.
  • Previous experience with Yardi and budget preparation.
