About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as an Accounting Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for leading a team of accountants to deliver high-quality financial reports and ensuring compliance with reporting requirements.

You will work closely with other internal teams to identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in accounting and finance and experience in conducting sophisticated financial analysis and troubleshooting called-out issues.

In this role, you will also be responsible for providing formal supervision to individual employees and recommending opportunities to improve department efficiency.

  • Manage a team of accountants to deliver high-quality financial reports.

  • Implement processes to ensure compliance with reporting requirements.

  • Review and certify the accuracy of all financial reports issued by the accounting team.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions to management.

  • Partner with field and account management teams to ensure understanding of client Management Agreements and maintenance per department policy and requirements.

  • Review budgets and annual year-end recovery calculations to ensure timely completion.

  • Provide formal supervision to individual employees within a single functional or operational area.
