This dynamic position offers a unique opportunity to join a regional, inter-disciplinary care team of over 2,100 providers who serve nearly 2 million patients. Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with physicians to provide comprehensive care to patients with endocrine disorders, including diabetes, thyroid, and adrenal diseases.
- Perform specialized tests to diagnose and treat patients, and consult with primary care physicians and other specialists as needed.
- Develop and implement treatment plans, and educate patients on disease management and prevention.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of clinical guidelines and protocols.
