About the Role

We are looking for a licensed Physical Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes. As a Contract Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients, focusing on post-surgical recovery, balance, home safety, range of motion, strength training, and equipment evaluation.

Responsibilities
  • Evaluate and treat patients in their homes, providing 45-minute treatments, with 2 to 3 visits per week per patient.
  • Document progress with easy-to-use laptop software.
  • Manage a caseload of 1 to 7 patients per week.

Requirements
