Responsibilities:
  • Provide routine care to residents in accordance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as our community's policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to supervisors as soon as possible.
  • Assist with resident move-ins, transfers, and move-outs, ensuring a smooth and comfortable experience for our residents.
  • Document observed data on flow sheets, notes, charts, and other relevant documents in a clear and descriptive manner.
  • Communicate effectively with residents, families, and colleagues to ensure their needs are met and concerns are addressed.
  • Participate in orientation programs, on-going training, and educational classes to enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
  • CPR certification and ability to work in a healthcare environment without posing a direct threat to self or others.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds unassisted and stand/walk for prolonged periods.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a minimum of 10th-grade education.
