Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage service request intake through calls, emails, and work order management systems, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal resources to deliver services and inspections as per contract scope, achieving resolution of customer escalations and concerns.
  • Update work order management systems, ensuring adherence to contractual key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Develop and provide updates and reporting related to account performance, as required by the customer and Work Cell Manager.
  • Lead or assist in invoice dispute resolution, as required by the Work Cell Manager.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience, with at least 1 year in customer service, sales, or order to cash functions.
  • Superior communication, organization, follow-up, and time management skills.
  • Demonstrated experience with successful customer escalation management.
  • Demonstrated ability to work across organizational boundaries, driving alignment and engagement on behalf of the customers they support.
