At Caliber Collision Centers, we are seeking an experienced Collision Repair Estimator Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our estimating team, you will be responsible for performing all-purpose duties, which may include writing estimates, conducting process reviews, checking in customer vehicles, and completing final customer paperwork prior to vehicle delivery. In addition, you will be responsible for finalizing total loss administration and providing post-repair plan communication to customers, including all vehicle status updates. Our ideal candidate will have a strong sales orientation, excellent communication skills, and the ability to understand instructions written and verbally. You will be required to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing tasks to meet deadlines.
