A dynamic home health agency in Pennsylvania focused on delivering exceptional care. The organization is seeking to expand its workforce to effectively manage a growing influx of incoming calls and support its ongoing development.

Role Summary:

The Call Center Representative is essential in handling a substantial volume of incoming calls, resolving caller inquiries, and ensuring prompt ticket generation for follow-up actions. This position is vital for fostering strong relationships with clients and caregivers while supporting the overall functionality of the call center.

Primary Duties:

  • Manage a high volume of inbound calls daily, addressing a variety of concerns from caregivers, families, and clients.
  • Gather comprehensive information from callers and create tickets to direct issues to the relevant team for resolution.
  • Utilize provided scripts and documentation to guarantee accurate and effective call management.
  • Reassure callers that their issues will be addressed and conduct follow-ups as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Prior experience in a call center setting is preferred, or substantial experience managing high call volumes.
  • Outstanding phone communication abilities and a professional attitude.

Additional Information:

  • Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:15 AM - 4:45 PM
