We are seeking a skilled Family Nurse Practitioner to join our team in the Auburn, ME area on a PRN basis. As a Nurse Practitioner, you will work autonomously to conduct comprehensive health assessments for Medicare age patients in their homes.
Responsibilities- Conduct annual comprehensive health assessments in patients' homes
- Perform diagnostic testing, risk identification, medical management, and tailored lifestyle improvement plans
- Work collaboratively with the contact center to build your schedule based on your availability
- Travel up to 120 miles per workday, with mileage reimbursement provided
- Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner, Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, or Adult-Gerontological Nurse Practitioner
- Experience in urgent care or ambulatory care preferred, but new grads welcome
- Competitive compensation of $95 per completed assessment
- 401K and limited voluntary benefits
- Mileage reimbursement plan
